Location
Find a suitable location. Make sure the beautiful beach you choose, allows weddings. Check with the local authorities to be absolutely sure. The venue must be easily accessible to guests and also make sure there is plenty of parking. Make sure the beach you choose for your wedding can accommodate the number of guests invited. Keep a check on weather conditions, and be prepared with marquees if the situation calls for it.

Attire
Beach theme weddings don’t require formal wear, but it’s your wedding, so you decide. Make sure you mention the dress code on the invitation, so your guests have a fair idea of what to wear. You might even want to consider a swimsuit dress code, or even a shorts and tee shirt wedding party. The possibilities are endless.

Accessories
Little accessories at your reception will enhance the theme of the wedding. For centrepieces, you could try sea shells and candles. Keep the theme uniform, from invitations, to programmes, place cards and even thank you notes. All accessories used at the wedding must fall under the theme otherwise; you run the risk of them looking tacky and uncoordinated.
