Synthetic Grass to Relieve Allergies
21st October 2011
If you happen to be blessed, like I am, with a serious allergy to all types of grass pollen, then synthetic grass might be a worthwhile investment. I wish it could be that easy, but somehow I think that the horses might complain if they were forced to eat fake grass. But as far as the homestead goes, artificial turf lawn is the way to go. Some people – like me – will grow up around grass, rolling in everything from crabgrass to actual pollinating grass, and still end up with serious allergies. I have been around grass for almost as long as I have been riding and caring for horses, and I now have a very serious allergy to walking in tall grass, or handling any type of hay. Not my fault, but I still can’t avoid grass in these instances. But I can avoid it at home, and that’s why myself, and thousands of other grass allergy sufferers have turned to synthetic grass to relieve our symptoms, even if only for a short time.
So if you suffer from a grass or grass pollen allergy, and you want to spend time outside with your friends, family, pets, etc, than maybe it’s time to look into making some life altering changes. Synthetic grass will change your life. You can roll around on the grass with your children and not have to immediately run inside to take a shower. You can spend all afternoon outside, during times of high pollen count, because synthetic grass is a game changer. Just ask the Astrodome!
